小・中・高とバスケット一筋の学生時代を送る。短大で栄養士の資格を取得するも、マスコミ業界に憧れ、静岡新聞社グループに6年勤務。
持ち前の明るさとバイタリティで数々のイベント企画に携わってきました。

「医」「食」「住」をテーマとしたイベント制作会社「オン・タイム有限会社」を設立。コロナ禍に新しい発想でスタートさせたおうちタイムをもっと贅沢にリモートお料理教室「リモートスタジオONAIR」が話題となりました。

オン・タイム社の20周年を迎えるにあたり、新たなるチャレンジとして2024年4月 (株)ウェルシスを設立し、人と人、人と地域、人と自然、 “TSUNAGARI”（つながり）をキーワードに、人生を豊かに導く様々なサービスを提供をめざして、３R現代人に求められているRela× Rese t× Relation ３つの「R」を満たす次世代ライフスタイル提案と真似のできない真正の価値を提供しています。
